August 25 & 26 EventCamp “POD” Experience
Come join forward thinking Bay Area meeting planners and professionals; when we switch gears on these two days to be part of a worldwide experiment. As we look to gamification and hybrid events as an option for our own conferences we need to try new elements for engagement. As part of EventCamp Silicon Valley we will join in the EventCamp TwinCities off site PODs where we will learn more as a participating Bay Area group!
What is a Pod?
A Pod is a satellite event of Event Camp Twin Cities that is held concurrently with main conference in Minneapolis. We call them Pods because they are small groups of people that have gathered together to participate in the event.
We have a group of amazing volunteers that have agreed to organize, finance and lead Pods in the following locations: Amsterdam, Philadelphia, Toronto, Vancouver, Silicon Valley and two corporate headquarters.
We look forward to a different kind of event to get you thinking differently about audience engagement, networking and how we produce meetings & events!
